We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. AeroShack do not retain any credit card details and when paying online you will be taken to a recognised merchant such as PayPay to complete the transaction. Due to recent high volumes of credit card detail theft, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of goods to any address other then that of the registered address of the credit card used.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the unused goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods we will endeavour to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Any claims of faulty goods must be returned for inspection and subsequent replacement or refund will be subject to conditions that it was fit for the purpose intended, it has not been misused, incorrectly fitted, overloaded, accidentally damaged or suffered any extraordinary wear and tear based on value and quality. IN ALL CASES IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEM PURCHASED IS FIT FOR THE USE INTENDED. Return postage costs are assessed on an individual basis (which may not be refundable in all cases).

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

RISK OF LOSS: All items purchased from AeroShack are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, but do not offer any guarantee on any class of shipping service. If delivery times are critical, then please communicate with us before purchasing.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
