This new Ultrafly 1.2m wingspan YAK-54 is specifically designed for extreme aerobatic maneuvers. Compared to most other small aerobatic balsa models which originate from a direct reduction in scale of a full size TOC design, our special thick airfoil provides much better lift while you are performing slow speed, modern aerobatic maneuvers. You have to feel it for yourself to realize the difference!

The wing loading of the Yak-54 can be compared to many larger 60-120 size glow engine models, resulting in a great flying experience without the expense and potential trouble of a glow engine model.

To achieve the very best flying performance, we recommend you fly the Yak-54 with at least a 350 watt motor, if you wish to perform the most aerobatic maneuvers. Ultrafly have available two new motors F/18/10 (350 watt) and H/12/11 (500 watt), both ideal choices for the new Yak-54.

Using F/18/10 with a 12x8E propeller, you can perform most Aerobatic maneuvers with 350 watt power consumption. However, you can perform extreme aerobatic maneuvers with the H/12/11 motor, the motor providing more torque and acceleration thus enabling you to truly test your flying skills.
